Mental Conditioning in the Human Design System

Richard Beaumont discusses the nature of the mind. He explains how it’s so easy to get lost in the mind by thinking about things that are neither relevant, nor true about ourselves and the world around us. He points us to the three awareness centers: Ajna, Spleen and SolarPlexus for the specific conditioning that comes through Gates we have in any of those Centers if they are Open. He goes on to explain the way the mind will mix themes from different Centers in its incessant inner “mind talk”.
